Your Medical Benefits

An HRA/MERP is provided for those enrolled in medical. This plan allows you to be reimbursed for certain out-of-pocket medical expenses which are incurred by you and your dependents. The expenses which qualify are those permitted under the Village at Morrisons Cove medical plan and are applied to the in-network deductible. Employees are responsible for the first $1,500 per individual or $3,000 per family. The plan will then reimburse 90% of any in-network deductible.

Your Long Term Disability Benefits

Eligibility:

All full-time employees working at least 37.5 hours per week.

Contribution Schedule

Maximum Monthly Benefit: 50% of your monthly salary up to $6000.

Elimination Period: 120 days (The number of days you must be disabled prior to collecting disability benefits.)

Maximum Benefit Duration: 5 years

Own Occupation Period: 12 months

Your Group Life Benefits

Eligibility:

All full-time and part-time employees working at least 18.75 hours per week

Contribution Schedule

The Village at Morrison’s Cove provides part time and full time employees with company paid Life and AD&D Insurance Coverage equal to $15,000.  The benefit is provided to you at no cost.  The insurance policy is through Lincoln Financial.  Please refer to the Life Insurance Certificate for more information.   The benefit amount reduces by 35% at age 70.  Benefits will terminate when you retire.

Beneficiary information is very important!  If you don’t have a beneficiary listed or need to update, you may do so through the enrollment system or by calling Webber Advisors.

Eligibility:

This benefit is provided at no cost with Lincoln Financial Group’s Long Term Disability product.  All employees and their dependents are eligible.  Employee does not need to be enrolled in LTD to be eligible for counseling and telephonic support.
